We have purchased more than a dozen dresses at this store and every time we are overwhelmed at the professionalism and customer service. They truly treat EVERY girl like a princess. Today was no exception. Our last purchase has won Best Dress at almost every pageant we have been to and it was hand picked by one of the girls who work here. The attention to detail is above and beyond. I would give 10/10 if I could.

Purchased gowns for granddaughter to participate in pageants. Found everyone who we dealt with Friday and Saturday to be extremely professional and highly motivated to help us out. Lily, Ansley and Emma could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed and appreciate the effort that these girls put forward to assist us.

My daughter and I visited for the first time and found her prom dress Saturday. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. I find myself playing consultant in my head so many times when I go into a business thinking if only they would do this or do that it could be so much better. This experience was the total opposite - I thought wow these people know what they’re doing - they are so friendly, they work SO well together which makes a huge difference in how well the business runs, and most importantly, they treat customers very well. If their sales people were all with customers they were very forthcoming with specifics saying things like “these two sales people are with customers but will be free as soon as they check them out…” The selection was very good and when I mentioned my daughter wanted a certain color after trying a few dresses on, the girl helping us took the initiative to check on ordering one that she liked in that color. We ended up finding the perfect dress that fit, and yes I could probably find a less expensive dress eventually, but it is worth it to me to go in a store like this and leave with my daughter feeling great about herself, her dress and the experience. We will be back!

My girls and I have shopped at GG Formals for several years for prom and pageant wear. Her staff is always helpful in finding the right dress for my girls. The number one goal is to find the dress that makes Abby and Eden feel beautiful and to fit my budget. Suzanne’s staff has always succeeded in this. Always a great selection.

The spray tan that Crystal gives is unbelievable! It is worth every penny! She pays attention to detail and takes her time! I highly recommend her!

Bridget and Lily were amazing. We went in for my daughters 7th grade dance and they worked hours trying to help us decide on a decent and child proof dress. We will be back.

Beautiful dresses and the staff is amazing. They help you every step of the way. They are kind and patient. The quality of the dresses is superb !

They have many dresses to choose from in sizes ranging from infant to adult. The staff members are eager to help you pic out your best look and pic out your assessories like earrings, necklaces, etc. They also have shoes.

What an amazing place to buy formal wear: prom, pageant, bridesmaids, tux rentals, even a wedding gown section! The staff are friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend shopping here for formal wear!
