GG Formals is Middle Georgia’s Full Service Formalwear Store. We value our customers. In fact, we refer to our customers as GG Girls—and we LOVE our GG Girls! When you place an order online with us, we will do our best to provide you with the excellent service we provide to our in-store customers.

When you order with us, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your dress in a timely manner and in the condition that you expect. Please make sure to give us an accurate wear date when placing your order. Standard ground shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on location. Dresses ordered from the manufacturer will take even longer. If your event date is close to your order date, you may consider expedited shipping. If you order after 2PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order may not be processed until Monday. Dresses marked with “Ships Today” may not be shipped until the next day for orders placed after 12PM. We will contact you if we are concerned about shipment of your dress by the wear date indicated to us.

Due to the high demand of dresses in this industry, items may not be available when you place your order. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to let you know the status of your order. We will ALWAYS do our best to get your first choice dress for you. If we are unable to order your dress and we do not have it in our store, we will notify you that your order has been cancelled and we will initiate a refund. Please make sure to provide us with an accurate email address and phone number, as we will be contacting you throughout the process.

When placing an order online, we recommend that you take a few important things into consideration:

• It is very important to refer to manufacturer size charts before selecting your size. If you are unsure of the size you should order, call or email us and we will gladly give a recommendation, however we are not liable for measurements not taken in our store. You should always order for the largest part of your body. For example, if your bust and waist measure in a size 4, but your hips measure in a size 6, you should order the 6. Remember that you can easily alter an item that is too large, but altering an item that is too small is very difficult, and not always possible. We recommend that you have professional measurements taken before you order, as we cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size. Remember that when you order a dress, it is not custom made, and it is likely that you will need alterations, which are separate in price.
• When you order with us, we often order directly from the manufacturer and items cannot be returned. Since we cannot return your dress, we cannot accept returns.
• Clearance or Discounted dresses are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges are offered for any reason.
• We do our best to inspect your dress before shipping it to you. If you receive a defective or damaged dress, or a dress in a size or color other than what you ordered, please notify us by email at ggformals@gmail.com within 48 hours so that we can initiate a return authorization. When a return authorization is approved, the damaged dress must be returned in unworn condition with all tags and labels still intact. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send a replacement dress or issue a merchandise credit if a replacement is not available.

Our prices reflect the Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price (MSRP). If you have seen your dress on other websites at a much lower price, beware of counterfeits. The quality of counterfeits will not begin to compare to manufacturer originals like the ones you’ll purchase from GG Formals!

The prices of items in our store do not necessarily reflect the prices of our gowns online. We gladly offer online ordering, however, when you order online, we are unable to provide the same level of customer attention and services, which require extra time and expense in our store.
